Dumpling Filling Customization Service

1. Service Definition & Scope

This service applies to personalized adjustments to seasoning ratios or minor recipe tweaks (e.g., less salt, less spicy, extra ginger & garlic, no cilantro) based on our existing dumpling flavors already for sale.

2. Specs & Pricing

Customization pricing (seasoning customization based on existing flavors):

• Hand-wrapped dumplings: $28 / 50 pieces;
• Machine-wrapped dumplings: $22 / 50 pieces.

Minimum order:

• 250 pieces.

Additional fees (where applicable):

• Special seasonings (imported/premium spices), allergen-isolated production, dedicated production line, or individual packaging/labeling — charged at actual cost.
• Rush orders (shorter than the standard lead time, see Section 4) incur a rush fee and are subject to production capacity.

3. Production & Lead Time

• Standard lead time: 4 days after the order is submitted online and payment is completed (calendar days; statutory holidays and extreme weather may extend this).
• For large-volume orders or orders requiring a dedicated production line, lead time is confirmed on the order confirmation.
• Delivery method: self-pickup, or same-city cold-chain/frozen delivery (delivery fee calculated separately by distance/weight).

4. Ordering Process

• Customer selects a base flavor online → submits order;
• Customer service reviews within 3 hours (will call/text to confirm if there are questions) → customer completes payment → order enters production;
• Customer is notified for pickup once production is complete.

5. Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is paid and enters production, cancellations/changes without cause are not supported.

To modify a customization, contact online customer service within 2 hours of payment, provided ingredient prep has not started. Orders already in ingredient prep or production can only have their unproduced portion adjusted, and this may incur additional fees.
